Image Licensing

Joe Fenton repeatedly gets requests to use his art in various ways for various things such as tattoos, album covers, book covers, websites, concerts, festivals and other live or pre-recorded events and for merchandising etc.  Any artwork produced by Joe Fenton must be licensed if used by others other than by Joe Fenton himself.  In order to license the use of any of Joe Fenton’s artwork including any part of a drawing or other medium, or to create a replication or interpretation of his art please contact below the Design and Artists Copyright Society (DACS).

Joe Fenton is not selling any merchandise containing his artwork but will do so in the very near future and that will be announced and launched on this website. Any merchandise that is currently available on the market, such as t-shirts, puzzles, prints, and posters etc are not coming from Joe Fenton and nor have the sellers received the rights to use Joe Fenton’s artwork. Anything being sold is being done without the permission of Joe Fenton and therefore not authentic and illegal.

Anything authentically Joe Fenton and being used by others with permission, will be mentioned on www.joefentonart.com.

Joe Fenton is forever grateful to those that report illegal sale or use of his artwork to him or to the organisation that is managing his image licensing, DACS.

In order to obtain the rights to use the artwork, please contact DACS:
